Refund policy

Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.

  • Perfumes, cosmetics, or personal care products that have been opened, used, or altered cannot be returned or refunded due to health and safety reasons.

 

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued only after the returned item has been received and inspected.

  • If the returned item does not meet the conditions above, the refund may be refused.

  • If the customer does not send back the product after a refund is issued and a prepaid return label is provided, the refund may be canceled and the product considered non-returnable.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

Non-Returnable Items

 

Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

  • Any item returned after 14 days from delivery.

Chargebacks & Fraud Protection

  • We keep full documentation of each transaction, including emails, product photos, and return labels, to provide proof in case of disputes or chargebacks.

  • Fraudulent return claims will be reported, and repeat abuse may result in order cancellations.

  • Final Sale with Discount Codes

    Orders placed using discount codes or promotional offers are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Store Rights

  • The store reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with our policy.
